Working Principle
The power source of vibrating sieve is vibration motor. Breaking
ball (unbalanced) is set on the top and bottom of vibration motor
rotation axis. The breaking ball converts into three dimensional
movements, namely horizontal, vertical and reclined, under the
influence of rotation of vibrating motor. The rotation vibration
sieve uses motor to transport three dimensional movement to the
mesh layer. The phase angle of the breaking ball on top and bottom
of vibrating motor are changed to modify the movement trajectory of
materials.
Main Advantages

screens with different mesh number can be installed on the screen,
and separate into five particle groups of different diameters

3. Screening a wide range, suitable for any particle, powder,
slurry, mucus can be screened within a certain range. Sieving flour
finest available to 500 mesh or 0.028mm, minimum Liquid filtration
to 5 microns.

six different levels of sorting or filtering. Spout 360 degree in
the circumferential position can be arbitrarily changed.

powder flying, no liquid leak, and no mesh plugging, automatically
discharge material.
6. Mesh frame separation structure, replacing the screen is simple
and convenient, and increased screen life.
